Come join us off the grid at Deer Springs Ranch in Kane County, Utah. The ranch borders the Dixie National Forest, Bryce Canyon National Park, and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, with beautiful views of red rock spires, cedars and pine trees. We are staying in a furnished cabin that sleeps 15 and has 8 beds. Each woman will have her own bed. The retreat group size is limited to 8. This retreat is for local women from the Page, AZ and Kanab, UT area.

Immerse yourself in the healing and restorative beauty of nature while connecting to other women from the local area. We will be doing nature immersion practices with breathing and gratitude to help destress and recenter. Start and end the day with gentle yoga and meditation. Healthy meals will be prepared and eaten together.

We will have day trips to Willis Creek, Lick Wash and the backside of Bryce Canyon, depending on weather and road conditions.

Bring your journal and plan to have some introspection time, if you desire.

The cost of this wellness weekend is only $150 per person. Scholarships are available if needed, that reduce the cost to $100. 

You can come for just one or two nights instead of all three if you cannot get away for all three. The prorated cost is $50 per night per person which includes the accomodations, activities and the meals.
