Navajo Lake Youth Paddling Camp - June 21-24, 2023
Come learn to camp and paddle kayaks and paddle boards at beautiful Navajo Lake, near Duck Creek, Utah. This camp is for youth ages 10-17 years old. The campground and lake are surrounded by beautiful forests with many hiking trails. We will be learning paddling safety and having fun practicing!

About the event
Paddling camp for youth ages 10-17 from Northern Arizona and Southern Utah. 3 nights and 4 days using kayaks and paddle boards at the Navajo Lake Campground at beautiful Navajo Lake on Cedar Mountain in Utah. The campground and lake are surrounded by beautiful forests with many hiking trails nearby.
Some of the skills and experiences the youth will be exposed to:
- Water recreation safety
- Paddling safety and basic paddling skills
- Fire starting and fire safety
- Leave No Trace outdoor adventure principles
- Basic camping skills
- Introduction to outdoor cooking
- Lake and forest ecology and natural history
The cost of this adventure is only $150 per youth and includes all the food and the use of our tents. You just need to bring a sleeping bag (and sleeping pad if you want), your clothes and your personal items. We will send you more details and a suggested packing list after you register.

Transportation to the Spruces Campground at Navajo Lake from Page, AZ, Big Water and Kanab, UT is now included because we have our Outdoor Adventure Van!!
