Full refunds of the camp or program tuition minus the processing fees are available on any cancellations made at least 30 days before the camp or program start date. Participants must notify Wild Canyon Discovery by phone or email for cancellations.

Refunds on cancellations made for any reason between 30 days and 15 days of the camp start date will be a refund of half of the program tuition. Any refunds of camp tuition for cancellations within 14 days or less of the program start date are at the discretion of Wild Canyon Discovery. 

Extenuating circumstances may be reviewed and potentially approved at the discretion of Wild Canyon Discovery.
No refunds are granted for campers or participants who are late arrivals, no shows, or who are asked to leave camp early for behavioral issues.
