Youth Paddling Camp at Kolob Reservoir - July 24-27, 2024
Located on the West side of Zion National Park, Kolob Reservoir has beautiful primitive campsites. This is a great place for paddling, swimming and exploring. The reservoir is surrounded by hills and areas with beautiful aspen groves. This camp is for teens ages 12-17 years old.

About the event
This paddling camp is for teens ages 12-17 from Southern Utah and Northern Arizona. We will have 3 nights and 4 days at Kolob Reservoir in Southern Utah, 37 miles north of Springdale, Utah. The campground and lake are surrounded by hills and beautiful aspen groves with some hiking trails nearby that lead into the west side of Zion National Park.
Some of the skills and experiences the youth will be exposed to:
Water recreation safety
Paddling safety and basic paddling skills
Fire starting and fire safety
Leave No Trace outdoor stewardship principles
